The TOC is one block of text author, editor and production team spend a lot of time on formatting a good-looking PDF. On the public site, this work goes unnoticed. Could we: send a copy to Kindle; or show a PDF reader?
Author would like users to find the book through his website, through an iFrame, or Javascript code with nice widget. The purchase is on Bookboon, but it makes it look like it’s happening on author’s website.
